STRATEGIC COLLABORATIONS
WHY STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS MATTER
The Philosophy of Ecosystem Engineering
Connecting technology with business, culture, humanity, and purpose.
In a digital world often dominated by rapid iteration and siloed technical execution, the SAP Institute believes that technology reaches its full potential only when anchor-grounded in human purpose. True engineering excellence requires more than algorithmic efficiency; it demands an understanding of human systems, environmental stewardship, and social justice.
At SAP Institute, partnerships are an extension of how we learn. They bring new perspectives, unfamiliar challenges, and voices from outside our usual world—helping our community connect technology with business, culture, humanity, and purpose.
Our strategic partnerships are designed to break open the traditional boundaries of engineering.
We bridge enterprise engineering with deep societal relevance.
COLDPLAY
Music of the Spheres World Tour App
For Earth with ❤️
When Coldplay decided to make their world tour sustainable, SAP wanted to support them to achieve this goal through a strategic technology partnership.
The SAP Institute chose to execute the project as it was purpose-driven and centered around sustainability. Also, this was a unique opportunity for the Institute to work on new technologies. The Music Of The Spheres World Tour app developed by SAP and in partnership with Coldplay is the essential companion to the tour. It features exclusive live streams, photos & videos, news, AR filters, games, a carbon calculator for planet-friendly travel, and more!
